Why Mezzanotte
Mezzanotte was created from a very personal need.
As founders, we spent years attending events and searching for pieces that felt truly distinctive, only to wear them once. While the idea of rental made sense, existing platforms lacked what we were actually looking for.
There was no destination for archival couture, exceptional vintage, or emerging designers with a truly unique point of view.
So we created it.
Through years of collecting and building trusted relationships with private collectors, archives, and industry insiders, we are able to offer access to garments that rarely leave the world’s most remarkable wardrobes.
At the same time, we have always sought out emerging designers, often operating outside Europe, whose work is difficult to access due to shipping costs and import duties.
Mezzanotte bridges that gap, bringing these designers into a European context and making their work accessible without the usual barriers.
The result is a curated platform where you can discover pieces that feel rare, considered, and entirely your own, for a moment, or for longer, should you choose.
