Our optional services are designed to give you clarity, flexibility, and reassurance throughout your rental.

THE FIT GUARANTEE

Peace of mind from the moment it arrives.

Fit is essential. The Fit Guarantee is an optional service that allows you to secure a backup option for your rental.
You may request up to three additional styles to try at the time of delivery, allowing you to decide confidently before your event.

How it works

  • Request the Fit Guarantee via WhatsApp or email after confirming your rental

  • Our team will review availability of your selected backup pieces

  • We will prepare your delivery accordingly

Depending on availability, we may provide:

  • One or more pre-selected alternative pieces

  • A backup size or variation of your chosen item

  • A shop credit if no suitable alternative can be arranged in time

All pieces are delivered together, allowing you to try and select your preferred option at home.

Conditions

The Fit Guarantee applies only to size and fit concerns identified at the time of delivery.

It does not apply to:

  • Changes in personal preference or styling decisions

  • Incorrect size selection provided at checkout

  • Requests made after the delivery window

  • Any wear, damage, or alteration after the item has been tried on

Availability of backup pieces is not guaranteed and depends on current inventory.

PROTECTION COVERAGE

Designed for modern occasions.

Luxury should be worn with ease.
Our optional Protection Coverage is designed to reduce the risk associated with minor incidents during wear.

STANDARD COVER

  • For pieces up to €1,000 market value

  • €25 per rental

Covers common minor incidents, including:

  • Light stains

  • Small tears

  • Minor signs of wear

Includes professional cleaning and minor repairs up to a defined coverage limit.

PREMIUM COVER

  • For pieces above €1,000 market value

  • €45 per rental

Includes all Standard Cover benefits, plus:

  • Higher repair coverage limits

  • Coverage for more noticeable stains or fabric damage resulting from normal use

  • Repairable accidental damage occurring during the rental period

Important exclusions

Protection Coverage does not apply to:

  • Loss or theft

  • Non-return of the item

  • Irreparable damage

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized alterations

In such cases, the client may be responsible for partial or full replacement value, in accordance with our Terms of Service.

For deliveries in Madrid, condition may be confirmed and signed at handover.
