THE FIT GUARANTEE

A backup option, just in case.

The Fit Guarantee allows you to request up to three additional pieces to try alongside your rental at delivery.

How it works

Request the Fit Guarantee via WhatsApp or email after booking
Select up to three backup pieces
Our team will confirm availability and prepare them with your delivery
Try everything at home and choose your preferred option

Depending on availability, we may offer alternative styles, another size or variation, or shop credit if no suitable backup can be arranged.

Conditions

The Fit Guarantee applies only to fit or sizing concerns identified at delivery.

It does not cover changes in preference, incorrect sizing information provided by the client, requests made after delivery, or items that have been worn, damaged or altered.

Backup pieces are subject to availability.

PROTECTION COVERAGE

Extra protection while you wear it.

Protection Coverage helps cover minor accidental damage during your rental.

STANDARD COVER — €25

For pieces valued up to €1,000.

Covers minor incidents such as light stains, small tears and normal signs of wear, including professional cleaning and minor repairs within the coverage limit.

PREMIUM COVER — €45

For pieces valued above €1,000.

Includes Standard Cover benefits with higher repair limits and additional coverage for more noticeable stains or repairable accidental damage.

Not covered

Protection Coverage does not include:

Loss or theft
Non-return
Irreparable damage
Misuse, negligence or unauthorized alterations

Where applicable, the client may be responsible for part or all of the replacement value in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Every piece is:

Inspected before delivery
Professionally cleaned and prepared
Documented at delivery and return

For Madrid deliveries, the condition may also be confirmed at handover.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

We provide access, fit support and optional protection.

We simply ask that every piece is treated with care throughout the rental.
