To rent from Mezzanotte, you must be over 18 and complete identity verification.
This includes:
A valid ID
A live selfie check
Without verification, rentals cannot be delivered.

To rent a dress in Madrid, you place your order online, complete identity verification, and schedule delivery with us.

We accept secure payments through major providers including:

All payments are processed by certified payment providers. We do not store full card numbers.

For rentals, identity verification is required.

Without verification, the rental cannot proceed.
Rentals (Madrid)
You choose a garment or accessory, select your rental dates, and schedule delivery in Madrid. A private courier delivers the item, and we arrange the return at the end of your rental period. Condition is documented at delivery and return.
Rental durations are defined per product.

Rental Returns, Damage & Care
Late returns may result in additional charges.
This can include:
A daily late fee of 5% of the retail value or a minimum of €40–€60 per day
Charges equivalent to extending the rental period
Additional recovery or administrative fees in case of prolonged delay
Continued delay may be treated as non-return.
Normal wear is included.

Purchases & Sales
Yes.
Some selected pieces are available for purchase within the EU.
Some items may be pre-loved or post-rental. When relevant, this is indicated on the product page together with condition and pricing.
For eligible EU consumer purchases made online, you generally have a 14-day withdrawal right from delivery. Conditions and exclusions are described in our Terms of Service. Rental services are not subject to withdrawal once the scheduled service has begun.
Shipping & Delivery
Rental delivery and return are currently only available within Madrid via private courier.
We ship sales orders across the EU and to selected non-EU destinations.
For non-EU deliveries, import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Yes. Tracking or courier updates are sent by email or shown in your account area when available.
Pricing
Yes. Prices are displayed in euros and include VAT where applicable, unless legally required otherwise for a specific destination.
